1. Make a commitment to show up for yourself every day. Who's gonna show up for you if you don't?
2. Move your body daily for at least 30 minutes.
3. Learn something new every day. Read something that stimulates your mind and helps you to be a better you.
4. Make a conscious effort to help somebody in need. It's more blessed to give than to receive and there are plenty of people that are in need of your help.
5. Love on yourself. look in the mirror every day and speak love and positivity
6. Keep the vibes positive
7. Pray, meditate, & be intentional
8. Journal your thoughts & prayers
9. Plan your work, and work your plan!!!
